Delivery and returns


We are continuing to trade as usual during the coronavirus crisis. We work from home and scrupulously follow government guidance on COVID-protection. If anybody in our household begins to display symptoms, or receives a test and trace notification to self-isolate, we will suspend trading until the risk has passed. If an increase in pandemic restrictions means we are unable to ship after you have placed your order, it will automatically be refunded in full. Free of charge collection is still possible from our Reading premises with no personal contact. 

Fair Postage Promise

The delivery costs quoted below are based on Royal Mail's rates for parcels. Our hosting platform only allows for the same delivery costs to be applied across all products. However, we are committed to minimising packaging and so if your order can be sent as a letter or large letter we will do so and automatically refund the difference. 

Delivery costs

Standard delivery to UK addresses is free over £50, and £3.95 below that value. Express delivery to UK addresses costs £5.95 and is free over £100. International delivery is also available, at a flat rate of £9.95 for EU countries and £14.95 for the rest of the World, for packages up to 2Kg in weight and £250 in value. If your order exceeds these limits, shipping will be charged at cost and we'll advise postage costs before shipping. Ecobeagle is not registered for VAT.



All outer packaging is recyclable - we use cardboard, paper, paper pulp, wood wool and biodegradable noodles. We re-use packaging wherever possible, except for gift boxes which are always new. If your parcel contains packing noodles, these will be water soluble and biodegradable.



Products will always be shipped the following weekday after the order is placed. If possible, we'll ship same day for orders placed before noon but this can't be guaranteed. If there is a delay for any reason, we'll let you know.


We hope you will be completely satisfied with everything you buy from ecobeagle. If not, please let us know so that we can try to resolve your issue.

If you do need to return something, please ensure you return it with all its packaging and ensure you get proof of posting as we can't take responsibility for anything lost by the postal service. We will refund on receipt, excluding original postage costs.

Purchases from the bazaar

Products listed on our bazaar page will be supplied direct from the original seller and your contract will be with them. Their delivery and returns policies may be different from ours so please do check before placing an order.
